Common questions
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes — anytime. We pro-rate the difference and your new tier features unlock immediately. You don't lose anything you already added.
- What happens if I don't renew?
- You stay at your current tier for 30 days after expiry — that's your grace window. We'll email you with a renewal link. After 30 days, the listing falls back to Basic until you renew.
- How does the verified badge work?
- Premium and Expert listings get reviewed by the One Bataan team — usually within a week of payment. We confirm the business is real, locally operated, and represented honestly. No bots.
- What if I run multiple businesses?
- Each listing is its own subscription. Tiers and renewal dates can differ — pick what fits each business.
- How do you handle payment?
- We use Multisys for online payment — credit/debit, e-wallet, or over-the-counter. Bank transfer or cash arrangement is available for Expert tiers; just email us first.
